Great Flemish Choir Parade

Singing is joy, as every choir member knows. That joy is at the heart of the Great Flemish Choir Parade. The Festival of Flanders in Mechelen has had a particular love of choir music for decades, and now intends to focus on it even more with this celebratory project. So a call has been put out for participants in the Great Flemish Choir Parade. The idea is for all participating choirs to sing compositions exclusively by Flemish composers (max. 20 minutes per choir). The only condition is that the choir has to enjoy singing the composition(s)! Each choir will receive a professional recording of the composition(s) as a gift. The recordings will be made by the Mechelen-based studio Motormusic.
We should be proud of our choirs and proud of our composers. Right? So come and listen, show your support and have a wonderful time!

Due to recording, it is not possible to go inside and outside during the concert, but we provide enough pause (15 minutes) before and after each performance.
