CHAMBER CHOIR FLANDERS

Led by Jeroen Keymeulen

Chamber Choir Flanders started in 2021 on the occasion of the World Choir Games in Flanders.

At its very first public performance, the choir immediately became category winner in the Open Competition, "Mixed Vocal Ensembles & Chamber Choirs". Their passion for singing and for special projects is also expressed during Lunalia Lift Off. Conductor Jeroen Keymeulen put together a programme that fits completely within the festival theme "The hearts of Europe":

Momentary - Olafur Arnalds (Iceland)

O sapientia - Tadeja Vulc (Slovenia)

Daemon irrepit callidus - Gyorgy Orban (Romania)

Non timebis - Vigdis Hansa Elst (Belgium)

Mother of God - John Tavener (England)

Cantate Domino - Josu Elberdin (Spain)

Deus ex machina - Jakub Neske (Poland)

Vigdis Hansa Elst also appears as a singer during Lunalia Lift Off with the Voices of Glass project in the chapel of the diocesan pastoral centre.
